The global market for beverage cans is estimated to be approximately 400 billion pieces per year and is projected to grow about 10 percent every year.     

    The market penetration of the self-cooling can, as forecasted by prominent market research organizations and beverage companies, would increase to about 5% of total can consumption by, while the unit price of the self-cooling can is expected to fall to as low as US$ 0.18. This means that the world market share of the self-cooling can will be 20 billion cans per year and amount to US$3.5 billion per year. For the domestic Korean market, the estimated consumption is 5% of the total, which is forecasted to be 300 million cans and Won 62.7 billion.
    
    The numbers above, however, are based on a 5% market penetration. One Korean research company has even forecasted that the market penetration will reach 20%, translating to 80 billion cans per year and an annual revenue of about US$13.4 billion. We expect unlimited growth on the world market.
